Fourways welcomes a Tiger to Cedar Square
There’s a new kid on the block.
Tiger’s Milk is making its mark on Joburg! Fourways now has it’s very own Tiger and is the latest joint to be added to the Tiger’s Milk brand. This brings the total to three restaurants in the Gauteng area – watch this space.
On Wednesday 14 March we made a statement arrival in Cedar Square Shopping Center with great burgers, live music and a fully stocked bar. Featuring Mi Casa LIVE, we invited you to come and be reckless for a night of innocence lost. Guests were spoiled for choice from a selection of Bombay Sapphire, Da Luca Prosecco and Ginger Joe, as well as the fully stocked Tiger’s Milk bar with favourites Part Wolf and Tiger’s Milk Lager, we were prepped for a night to remember – or not.
An exclusive guestlist of VIPs and media, including local station MixFM, were invited to celebrate the launch of the new joint. Guests were treated to a live performance from homegrown band Mi Casa, before the doors were opened to the heaving queue of Tiger’s Milk hopefuls outside. No sooner had the first few notes been played than the crowd was instantaneously brought to their feet, and even to the table tops!
The night showed no signs of stopping early as the crowd burst through the door to experience their first taste of Tiger’s Milk Cedar Square. The joint was filled with an energy like no other, enhanced by the sounds of local group Origami who expertly fused live percussion with electronic music. Origami is now the official resident entertainment for Tiger’s Milk Cedar Square.
Closing time was nowhere to be seen as the vibe continued to pump into the early hours of Thursday morning, and indication of nights to come!
